Ive taken a Cadillac; GMC Sierra & my Jeep to Master Mechanic
Ive been told the truth and given reasonable and reliable service.
But my big story is my daughter leaving Barrie w/her 3 children to return to Florida. Her Pathfinder broke down in Innisfil. We towed it back to Dan at Master Mechanic.They could have put in a new Rad & hoses, but thought it could be repaired more simply. We waited less than one hour & paid less than expected.She called from FLa.& said God bless Dan & M. Mechanic!

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

Went there today to get my brakes done n Oil change for my 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 cummings diesel. Rod n his crew were great .From the phone call to book the appointment to the actual repair everyone did a great job. The mechanics guide that said it takes 3 hours to do the job he only charged me for 2 cause that all it took him. He was $250.00 cheaper the the Dodge dealership for the same oil change. Thanks Rod n your employees, I will be back.

Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. I have used this garage on 2 occasions and both times the service has been great. The pricing is fair and the work is right the 1st time. I actually travel 90km plus to use this garage and they can accommodate the work while I wait. I have had tire changes, 4 wheel alignment, oil changes and brakes.
I would 100% recommend this garage.
