I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I’ve been dealing with this easy home location now for the past 4 years. The staff has been excellent and are extremely knowledgeable in the products they sell.
