The service i have been given at this location
has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.

Have surprise move that I have to do in 9 days and moving from a furnished to non furnished...in November.... during covid....with a disabled child.... was pretty stressed about getting a couch... especially since I needed to pick it up on a specific day. Pascal sold me a Lennox furance and installed it, on time and on budget, he went above and beyond to get this in and working on time. The Lennox I purchased has had some issues, but it is the furnace, not the installation. Pascal has been professional and responsive to my requests with regard to this Lennox furnace. I am happy to say, he won't leave you hanging if you have an issue, he's on top of it. Highly recommend him to you.

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!
