My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new.
The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job.
My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service.
Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk! Well done A-1

I was so scared to get my wisdom teeth out but the staff at North Hill Dentrix made it so easy and painless! The entire team is so sweet and caring. They���re never too busy to be friendly, to make sure we understand our medications, and to double check prescriptions for accuracy. They were so kind to my elderly mom during her final years, and helped make sure she was able to take the right meds at the right time. We moved out of Mission, but we still get our prescriptions here.

I recently bought a Yamaha P2500 S power amplifier from Axe Music, an amp that unfortunatlty had factory defects making it unacceptable for me... But Brad Pettigrew then took charge of the problem - a long two weeks process during wich we had to communicate on a regular basis by email - and he never let me down, managing it to have my amp replaced by Yamaha Canada ( the unit being picked up here at home, shipped to the company and the replacement one being delivered within a reasonable delay ).

I witnessed a customer have a temper tantrum over a B12 injection. I felt so terrible! In all the covid term oil there’s still selfish people out there who go out of their way to be miserable to others. The woman demanded he stop the life saving covid injections so she could have her B12 injection. Unbelievable! She actually said “so covid takes presidence over B12?” He offered her a 6pm appointment too, but she wanted hers NOW! Rude! Good job pharmacy staff! Don’t let these people get to you!
