Today, @ about 530pm while visiting the Tim Horton's located @ 1410 Blanshard St. Victoria BC I was completely WOWed by an employee named Skye! She went the extra mile delivering OUTSTANDING customer service and making sure our dining experience was pleasant and delicious!If it were up to me, she would get a raise, a promotion and receive benefits medical/dental to ensure she would continue to be a Tim Horton's employee! I had great & friendly service. My deadbolt tumbler was "frozen" so I removed it & went to the shop. He fixed it and didn't charge me & gave me free advice on how to care for the deadbolt. Re:In the defense of Tidey Lock in previous comment posted re:charge out fees. I have found those fees normal for ALL locksmiths. When called out, they have top bring tools & the truck containing the tools. Distance doesn't matter from my experiences, as a landlord who used many companies in the past.

The Pharmacist who owns this pharmacy is an absolute professional. He is very knowledgeable as well as friendly & helpful. Elijah does not mind taking the time to explain your prescription, or give you answers to any other questions you may have, and all in a relaxed, stress-free atmosphere! Super pharmacy if you want to be assured your prescription needs are being extremely well taken care of!

I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter. They even came out to Mill Bay for me at no extra charge. Thanks guys!

This is the place I visited when I cam to Vancouver for the first time. In that sense, when I noticed people having a great time there, it always puts a smile on my face. This time, although it was quite busy as usual but my friends and I were seated promptly. Friendly server whose service was simply a top-notch. This place's got everything: a great atmosphere, something different from other run of the mill restaurants in town and also more importantly great food! This place is the perfect blend of bar and restaurant in the evenings which I easily enjoy most for the night out. Above all, their Bellini and French 75 are to die for!

You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.

Terrific service... an unfortunate situation happened when cleaning my furnace (a line was in the wrong place)and Shawn the owner took full responsibility for his workers and had the very expensive problem solved without troubling me at all. It was a mistake that was unavoidable and simply could have happened to anyone. Shawn is a CLASS ACT and those types of people are hard to find to do business with these day. They then proceeded to do an excellent job cleaning my furnace and duct work.

My daughters phone got run over by a car and Sam fixed her phone for an incredibly reasonable price. We have since gone back for other products like screen protectors, cell phone plans, and used phones. Sam is knowledgeable and his prices are great! I highly recommend this business.
