When a lot of our prized Furniture was damaged by the removal company, we were lucky enough to be recommended to David. Absolutely excellent service and high quality, perfect work. Great attention to detail, and little bonus extras too. Car looked sparkly new on the outside AND inside! Fantastic, clear, communication, patient and kind to listen and answer all my questions, which is something I deeply value. Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.
