Black Briar remodeled our kitchen this summer. We were very pleased with the result and appreciated their suggestions to save us money. Even though the appliances had to be moved we were inconvenienced for only 2 days. Black Briar will be renovating our bathroom this fall.

People here are so courteous and the staff treated me very well despite the fact that I have seen almost everything available in their collection and asked almost 100 questions; still, they kept very patient and answered every question with a smile. 24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.

I will forever be grateful for Graham Rapson, I honestly could not have asked for a better lawyer. He was very attentive, listened to exactly what I wanted, never pressured me to make any decisions that I wasn't 100% sure of. New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

Knowledgeable staff in building supplies and out in the yard too. Cashier was very personable as well.
