Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Eric is highly recommended. Easy to talk with, accommodating, did a perfect job on the rear bumper. When a daughter saw a rear light burnt out, I thought perhaps they had touched the wires. Asked if he could see the car I brought it in the next day and left it there, but upon return home, he had found the problem and repaired it, two burned out lights, which he did not charge for. An embarrassing journey in my life, but great service from Eric. J
