I had the best service of my life at Bangtown last week. I waited a week to write the review to make sure I'm still as happy with my balayage and hair cut today as I was 7 days ago and yes, I woke up feeling gorgeous once again. I'm so happy I found this salon and it will forever be my go-to. Happy, friendly staff, free parking and my new stylist all in one salon.

As someone starting transition, I did some research to find out the safest place and EVERYONE recommended Angelina and her team. I was scared and anxious leading up to the appointment but felt immediately comfortable upon seeing Angelina. After I was done, I teared up when I left because I knew I'd found a place that would help me both with unwanted hair as well as support. Everyone I meet in the waiting room smiles when they are there. 10 stars!

Very happy to have found this salon! As someone from the LGBTQ+ community i have had many experiences at other salons that were negative and over time I developed anxiety having to even walk into a new hair salon. I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. I received one of the best massages ever, and their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend this spa for quality treatments in downtown Vancouver!

Got a great hair cut here! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The owner Firas cut my hair, and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back. This is the best hair salon in Burnaby that I've been to hands down! Prices are very fair as well.
