... just went it for some work on a lapel pin and got more than expected. Sorry I did not get the name of the young man who helped me. He spoke French to me as he might have detected my accent. Nevertheless, he was courteous and able to solve my problem on the spot!

I called Goldsmith for a second time to transport my dementia mother, dispatch was professional told me what to expect, the cost and time the driver would be there. There was a wonderful young man, Brian, that showed up and greeted mom as if he had known her for years... mom told him stories and he listened intensely. He was a wonderful person... experience from start to finish was great, right to making sure mom was settled in her chair in her room. Well worth the experience. Thank you!

We were greeted at the door by a respectful very friendly young woman named kirsten, then brought to our nice roomy comfortable booth at the side of the restaurant. we were greeted by our server straight away, Tina, who Brought our first round of drinks. Once we saw the menu we ordered nice and quickly, the menu was quite detailed. Salad and bread was brought to our table and the feast began. when tina brought our food to the table i joked that i might have to take it home. I was able to eat a couple of pieces and she kindly packed the rest up for me.
I enjoyed the NY theme in this resaurant. I will return to this east side mario's often i had a great time and felt like i was a guest in their home.

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

Our dog Casper goes to Dragonluck Kennels in Stittsville once a week. He loves being able to run in 23 acres of land and plunge into a pond in the summer with all his doggie friends.
