Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys. Lire plus

Very thankful a friend of mine introduced me to to Tony who owns and operates this shop. This place is top notch nothing but A1 work coming out of here. EXTREMELY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. Tony goes above and beyond and to say he is reasonable is an understatement. Tony is incredibly knowledgeable in all mechanical/automotive regards. There's a reason why i tow my car from Cambridge to his shop in Toronto every time i need significant repairs. Thanks for everything Tony. Lire plus
