The dealership was very professional and maintained the excellent customer service after I received my qx60 .They took care of any issues that arose right away to ease my stress. Went out shopping yesterday and quickly realized that one of my rear tires was almost flat according to the screen warning. Drove to Mario's garage conveniently located in West Queen West downtown Toronto around 4pm.
Mario kindly accepted my request that late in the day and asked me to leave it with him. I thought it was a nail or something similar but ended up being a faulty valve which he replaced. I've been going there for years because they can be relied on.

I found Jon online after trying several other mechanics in the aurora area. He's a great guy, explains complex problems in a way that I can understand as I know nothing about cars. He is always honest and upfront. Doesn't hesitate to spare you unnecessary costs. I cant recommend him enough to anyone in the aurora area looking for a trustworthy mechanic
