Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Thank you to the people at Wayne Pitman! You're the best!!

Everyone in this shop is amazing. Mike is great to deal with!! They fit me in, in the middle of everyone getting their snow tires on. Long storey short I received high quality snow tires from my dad as a gift. The tires were defective. Mike diagnosed them, ordered me in new ones and they were on my vehicle within 2 days!! All the men in the shop are very knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service!! Thank you for keeping me safe and disposing of my egg shaped tires!! Cheers.
