We purchased the Neptune Adriatic spa from Dynasty at the Red Deer Home Show in March 2019, installed in October 2019 and 12 months later has continued to be a problem free and enjoyable year round hot tub! Manufacturer improvements have made this a solid performing tub and have enjoyed its many features from the powerful jets, LED lighting, Bluetooth Sound System and easy to maintain features. My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked! They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!
