The first contractor was fixing squeaky floors when he found water damage on the sides of the patio doors. Fortunaterly it hadn't got into the joists. He referred me to KD&W.
Lance came out to find a solution to stop the leaks. His assessment was that it wasn't the patio doors but the vinyl decking installed 2 years prior. He gave the solution to the first contractor, who is now waiting for warm weather.

I have never been so thankful to find Dr. Fitz. He is phenomenal at what he does and goes above and beyond for his patients. I met Dr.Fitz after being in a car accident in Nova Scotia and then moved to Alberta. I was having a super difficult time finding proper care and dealing with all this stress of an accident in the middle of a move across the country. Nick (owner sharper image) did an excellent job on my Engineered floor, there was very less wood to work with on the floor, but Nick with his high End machinery made it possible. He not only sanded to perfection but before staining the floor he gave us different choices by staining small area behind the stove with different color and that helped us In choosing the right stain. We were glad we used his services and would recomment 100% to anyone.

My children have all attended this daycare at some point or another starting 10 years ago, my kids all love it here and they have always felt like they were part of a big family. The older kids still get out of the car to visit their "teachers" when we pick up the younger ones. Our youngest has some health issues and requires a feeding tube and the daycare has been super supportive, accommodating, and the willingness to learn what's best for your individual kiddo is amazing.

Best detailing service I ever used, bar none. My van was probably one of dirtiest vehicles and a nightmare to detail but five hours after it was in a showroom condition. Good service. This company comes quickly, provides good service. The garage doors are always working well after they come. They have a 1 year warranty on the repairs.
They always come when they say they come, if they have to reschedule, they notify you. The tech usually comes earlier than expected.

I have had treatmentsl on my lip and chin (10 treatments) at a different place with no results so I decided to try out tropicalaser. I was sceptical at first because because of the pricing , for lip chin underarms and Brazilian I was paying about 370 at the other place per treatment and tropicalaser quoted me about the same for all those area plus legs. This amazing buffet is open!
There are many safety measures in place: masks, tables are social distanced, serving utensils can only be used once (by cohort group) and then sent to be washed and sanitized., etc.
We three senior ladies went on a Sunday evening. The food was fresh and delicious. Couldn’t be better! A little pricey in the evening (although seniors get $2.00 off), but worth every penny. Excellent service, with safety measures in place. Will go back to try the dishes we missed!
