I had a great experience with Rajin the owner of Universal auto body shop. He was professional,experienced, efficient, and most importantly very honest and not trying to sell me something that my car doesn't need.

Have come here for brakes and they did a great job. Came to get a headlight fixed today and it was done without a problem. Other shops were not able to fix the headlight.

These guys went above and beyond for me. My car battery died a few blocks away from their shop and even though its not a service they offer, they drove over to help me anyhow when I explained to them that my auto club couldnt help me for another two hours. I have chronic pain and it would have been made much worse by sitting in my freezing car for hours, so the favour these guys did me was even bigger than they thought. Just lovely, decent human beings.

We were out of the country and the person where we had parked the car told us that it would not start. Kelly went to the condo, picked up the car and took it to the garage for it to be repaired. When we arrived home it was ready for us to make the 3 hour drive home. This was awesome service and we highly recommend Kelly. If we lived closer he would get all our business.
