Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. My Honda CRV and a deer had an unfortunate introduction, but A1 did a great job putting my vehicle back to like new. The receptionist was delightful and if she is an indication of A-1s staff, I imagine the rest of the crew are happy at their job. My suv was also cleaned inside!! What a pleasant surprise. Thanks so much for that service. Also, since I could not leave the farm at that time, A-1 sent a person to come and get my vehicle to start on the repairs. Another nice perk!
