I purchased my first car here. I did my research online before going into the dealer. When I was there, the sales rep Cindy, was excellent. She informed me about everything and helped me decide on which model Rouge would be best for me without trying to force an up sell. As a customer I felt valued because Cindy cared, listened to my needs and then showed me a vehicle that was best suited for me. I really enjoyed my experience with Cindy and would definitely recommend purchasing with her.

I’m sure a lot of people can’t say they enjoy visiting their mechanic, but I can definitely say this. Sam is friendly, explains everything clearly/patiently, and offers fair prices. I am now absolutely a lifelong customer!

Recently, the guys at Bruce Auto Repair, came through for me swapping out a throttle actuator, bank-2, on my 09 BMW M3.
