We hired Floor Country Canada to develop our basement and it was an amazing experience! Evon transformed our vision into reality! We now have a beautiful play/TV area for our children, 2 guest bedrooms, lots of storage and cozy bathroom with in floor heating! We used Luxury Vinyl planking for entire basement, best decision ever! Starts from the owners down, top-notch customer service, reasonable prices, and they do not forget about you once you make your purchase. Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub, spa, swimming pool, chemicals, or anything related, you give them a visit.

I didn't buy my pool from North West but wish I had.
We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand. We felt like we were the only customer they had ...... but the store was very busy. Great group!
