I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. The cable was seized on my mower. Googled the model number and nothing comes up. Great. I phone Sears parts. It is $14.22 USD plus shipping to a US address. Ideal says bring it down and we will match it up. I do, she does and $20 later I am out the door. How can the service get any better than that? Part if PERFECT, service is PERFECT, price is PERFECT. Reflections is fantastic and I am very happy with Dr Tsang. It is more expensive than other practices but I feel very confident in the care I receive there. They saved me when I had a dental issue turned emergency that my previous dental office failed to address over months. The office is nice and calm and private. Only complaint would be that they often call and ask/ tell me to switch my appointment times but charge a fee if *I* were to change an appointment with less than 48 hrs notice. Lire plus
