Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. Jamie and Shawn and staff treat customers just like family. They are courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, professional and work hard in a timely manner to please their customers. They also do not perform unnecessary work on your car. They also will let you know if a technician notices something unrelated to your immediate reason for maintenance.
