West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. The craftsmanship is very meticulous and thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a broken front windshield due to vandalism, and on short notice Sam & Adrian had it fixed the SAME day. The process was seamless.
