Here we are in COVID felt like this was the best time to take care of my bunion working at home anyway. On my first visit was greeted by a really professional receptionist and then taken into the room the podiatrist spent close to an hour explaining everything I knew this was it. I finally found the professional. Surgery was incredible from start to finish. Robyn is absolutely unbelievable Lily so helpful they make a TEAM in the real sense of the word. All I can say is thank you thank you.

On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for over 2 years. I have been a very difficult patient (switching from invisalign to braces due to lack of personal discipline). Dr. Kim was always patient, fair and honest. He went the extra mile to make sure I have a smile to be proud of. The staff was always well-mannered and organized. I've been smoking for many years. I didn't think I had a problem until I went for a physical. My smoking was beginning to affect my breathing. I was told I had to quite smoking I never noticed the smoke stench that hung over me or the discolouration of my fingers and teeth over the years. Never noticed the change and I guess people close to me didn't have the heart to tell me the obvious. I tried everything under the sun but I just couldn't kick the habit. It got so bad smoking was the first thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night. At one point I just gave up. Then a few months ago a colleague of mine recommended this place, said his mom went there for physiotherapy after her second hip replacement surgery and they were really good. I made the call that changed my life. If your serious about quitting, this place is worth every penny.

She is a very nice person and made me feel really comfortable speaking about the results that I expected from a breast augmentation surgery.
