Thank You DMC AUTO!!! We could not take off our tires because the last shop tightened the bolts too hard and lost the key bolt! When we went back, they could not get it off.. we went to the dealership to order another one and they couldn’t do that! Took it to two more shops and NOBODY could take off our tires!!! With Snow on the way and frustrated as ever, I was referred to DMC and all I can say is THANK YOU!! You were the only ones to really try and succeed!! Now we can drive this winter safely

Tony has a broad knowledge of the field and combines a variety of techniques and always seems to be able to provide just the right therapy for me either it be my lower back, arm, shoulder, neck pain, or headache. Rui takes the time to explain things to you and as a woman gong to a mechanic, I appreciate that he does not talk down to me because I am not a "GUY". He tells you what needs to be done NOW, what can wait and other issues that he notices and how long you have before they become URGENT. Fair pricing, good service, car always ready within the agreed upon timeline - GREAT place to go have your vehicle taken care of !

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
