BigSteelBox was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I had amazing customer service, the truck driver was kind and professional, and they always were able to help me when I was in a panic. Although moving is quite stressful, the girls in the office did everything they could to make me feel calm and comfortable. The staff were vey helpful in helping me make choices that coordinated with cabinets and flooring that I didn't want to change. The installers were knowledgeable and did a great job. They were also able to make changes to the fireplace that I previously had been told couldn't be done and am very happy with that. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you!

For years we went South for the winter with our 5th wheel. Always took out full insurance for truck & RV. Found out we needed an Endorsement licence because of its weight. Neither Capri Ins. nor the RV dealership told us. Had we been at fault in an accident, without an Endorsement drivers licence our insurance would likely have been null & void! BE AWARE of the fine print!
