We just bought a SUV from Travis Burger at Welland Toyota and he gets 5 stars from us. It was a smooth process from the start. His years of experience and knowledge in auto sales outshown all the other sales reps we encountered in our search for a new vehicle. His approach was relaxed and welcoming. We never felt pressured. Went here to look at a vehicle. I was left alone for to browse for a while, then was approached by a salesman who just asked if I had any questions. Talked with him for a bit, and he brought me to their storage area where they had the exact vehicle I was interested in.
He was very polite and professional, and didn't try to push me into his office for high pressure sales tactics.
While I didn't buy a Mazda, when I'm in the market for a new car, I'd definitely head back here.

Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!
