We wanted to switch off from Kia not because of the brand, which we loved, but because of the mediocre customer service. Tried Kingscross Hyundai for the nice reviews and now I can attest the dealership really lives up to its reputation. Nina Dagdag was our salesperson and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind, efficient and even helped us to change our deal after we signed it. Almost two years after making business with Kingscross, I still think they're a great dealership

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. Harry was a guardian Angel! I was in an accident that rendered my car undriveable and stranded 100 kms from home. He went above and beyond to help me arrive home safe and sound. Was honest and caring through the whole experience. I would drive back the 100 kms to have him work on my vehicle!

My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.

recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

They had a good selection of vehicles and he was very patient and accommodating when walking us through the process.. and we got an amazing deal to boot!
