We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful

I’m just in town for a few days and wanted to get my dog groomed. They were able to fit us in with in short notice and the price was just right. The staff was friendly and professional and did a great job with my dog. He’s not the easiest to deal with but they said he did great. Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.

Fantastic. It starts at the front with something very unusuall today. A Maitre De or a Host with experience and maturity unlike most restaurants.Impeccable service as we never did a thing. Waiters , Host , bus people. We had an excellent meal served by a professional waitress whose name I did not get. Time after time and year after year this place continues to impress. Spend your money here its worth every penny.

Took six kitchen knives in today - I could have waited (chose to go for a hike). Came back, knives were done and wrapped and the cost was very reasonable. Very friendly owner - and the knives are wicked sharp. Highly recommend this business!!
