I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. Got in with Aleka as a walk in appointment with my 4 yr old son. She was great! Made him smile and laugh and did fantastic job with his hair. Price was very reasonable. Id for sure go back!

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
