As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same.. Excellent staff and someone always there if you have a question.
I’m so so sad to hear that it is actually closing.
