On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

Have been going to this body shop for a couple of years for minor collision repair and major repair. Roy and Larry are always helpful without putting pressure on you. They do a good job at getting costs down and returning your car fixed within a short time period to you.
Definitely recommend this shop amongst others who overcharge for good quality work.

I only expected the shop to fix what the insurance asked them to fix but when I got the car back I know they did more than what my insurance asked for. The did not try to use mechanical terms and made my time being there easier and thanks for the fine result.

Keep doing the work that you are doing because it’s great. The work that was done to the car is fine. There is nothing that I can tell you to improve. The personnel that worked on the car did a great job. I’m really happy that you called and that you care about if I’m happy about my repairs. I have used this garage on 2 occasions and both times the service has been great. The pricing is fair and the work is right the 1st time. I actually travel 90km plus to use this garage and they can accommodate the work while I wait. I have had tire changes, 4 wheel alignment, oil changes and brakes.

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

I went there looking for a new truck. Good sales guy Rob helped me find the truck I wanted and I got a great deal on it. Rob showed me how to hook my phone up when I picked it up.
Stone chip on the hood when I picked it up but they took care of it, sent it out to get fixed.
The guys in service, Tom and Joe are great and keep me well informed about my service needs for now and coming up.

Most reliable and best prices and they give you option of parts from cheapest to most expensive and you choose your parts or bring them. Rates are $65 per hour half as much as your average mechanic and if you drive a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala your problems can be resolved in a matter of minutes guaranteed. I will always come to these guys even if I lived somewhere in a far far away land.
