I recently went to this establishment with the front end of my car shaking. Thinking that it was something serious, I was a bit nervous on what was wrong. Sam went for a test drive with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL! I would recommend this place to anyone! A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Sean was so helpful and kind - understanding our dilemma. Both the main office and Sean the driver who came to our aid went above and beyond to get us towed to a place nearby where we could get assistance. Highly recommend for the cheerful responsiveness when we had a flat tire on our way back to Michigan. We had a rental car and a tight schedule. It was a Saturday morning. The took us right on, replaced the tire, and even submitted preliminary documentation nor the rental company. They turned an unpleasant situation into stood one.

I was in a pinch, and needed my vehicle back on the road quickly. The guys at Pro-North took my appointment on short notice, and got me back on the road in no time.
They keep a spotless shop and waiting area. All staff that I met were friendly and professional. You will not feel intimidated at all.
The cost of my repair was less than half of what I expected. The only way I can thank them is to keep giving them my business.
