My husband and I visited this store on Wed.Oct 10 2018. This was only our second visit to this great store because we live almost two hours away. We enjoyed the store immensely as before. The variety and the quality is just great. My only complaint is about the condition of the ladies washroom, it was deplorable the floor was filthy and there was nothing to dry your hands on. I was really surprised being that the store itself is so clean. Maybe you need to make this a priority.

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

We are extremely please with our purchase from Sameday Factory Outlet. They were helpful with the measuring of our windows and the countless samples were amazing. It was nice to see all of our options before hand. Due to the many options we were able to choose the perfect colour of blinds to suit our home. The Cosmetic Department is terrifically helpful. They continually try and find the best, most economical product for their client. I have dealt with them for a number of years and they have never steered me wrong or had me buy anything I didn’t use entirely. All of the staff is quite willing to try something on you first before you buy it.

This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them.
The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I have found the prices to be competitive and their sales always good.
I shop there often and will be going back again.

Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?
