My husband and I visited this store on Wed.Oct 10 2018. This was only our second visit to this great store because we live almost two hours away. We enjoyed the store immensely as before. The variety and the quality is just great. My only complaint is about the condition of the ladies washroom, it was deplorable the floor was filthy and there was nothing to dry your hands on. I was really surprised being that the store itself is so clean. Maybe you need to make this a priority.

Friendly service and atmosphere when entering the store. All helpful. If someone does not know the answer to questions, they immediately inquire on your behalf. Pharmacy wait time is 5-15 minutes if just dropped off the prescription. They are polite and respectful. Above all real smiles!

I was looking to install shutters to one of the bedrooms in the house and I found Preferred Window Covering in yellowpages and I felt that these guys are professional and they have good quality shutters and I was right, they were so professional and their prices are reasonable so instead of doing one bedroom I did two bedrooms. This is a family owned business...they care about you....good customer service.....we bought a house with a (18x36)inground pool (july2010) prime summer time....didn't know anything about pools ie: heaters, pump, filters and why my pool was losing water.... went to 3 pool stores in Oshawa and no one had the time to explain to me how to work the system and why i was losing water. So i started googling other stores in the area and decided to try the Pool Store....the owner Judy was excellent at explaining how to work our pump and filter syst. how much chem. to add and the overall maintenance of the pool, explaining the bucket test (for the water loss). We did have a small tear in the liner which was easily repaired. Last year we decided to buy a heater so went back to Judy at the Pool Store....she's honest and will tell you what is good or not so good......she's very knowledgable and she's training her sons very well....they are very polite young men.....I would recommend this store without hesitation........thank you for a job well done and your patience, I will continue to purchase all of my pool supplies there.....you make our summers very pleasant!
