I had an issue with one of their staff members and the way that they were driving on the road. I made one phone call and was given an apology by the person and told exactly what happened and where the misunderstanding came from. Admittedly, I have not done any business with this company, but if their staff are as thoughtful and courteous as this gentleman was during this phone call, then you should give them your business.

Would highly recommend this business, during a very cold snap, I called 11 other plumbers who all told me they were not taking on any new clients as they were already busy, this company immediately attended to a frozen pipe and fixed it.

The web site is well implemented, covering a broad area of the expertise offered by the emplyees and management. In my opinion this firm ranks the highest in northeastern British Columbia, and has extensive experience in western Canada beyond. They deserve a five star rating.

Staff is amazing, my first time dealing with them I was definitely not the best customer with the best attitude, but the staff stayed very professional and powered through my horrible attitude and words and still gave me amazing service, been coming back ever since and never once treated less than amazing, today I went in with destroyed glasses and they went to great lengths to get my sight back and gave me a phenomenal deal on a temporary solution, I would definitely recommend these guys

This "A" team was nothing short of impressive and a whole lot of fun to watch. Truly professional and skilled at what they do and efficiency and productivity, at the highest levels.
Len quoted us a reasonable price with a crew of 2 guys and 6 hours to complete a job and showed up the next morning with an extra crew of 2 guys, he wanted to make sure the job got done within the 6 hour timeline, for no extra cost!!! Wow!!! That's integrity.

I phoned Gerald at around 11:00 am to asked if he could lift a slab that my outside wood stove was on and how much. Gerald said he could come out at 1:00pm and would bring his trailer so if I wanted him to do it after looking at it he would. Gerald showed up just after 1:00 and gave me a price. I told him sounds good and he drilled two holes on either side of slab and lifted it level. Nice job and Gerald was very nice to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone. Thankyou again Gerald.
