I work long hours and have a hard time making it in, but when I have the opportunity, they are very accommodating and always find a way to squeeze me in at the last minute. I have gone to the Oliver Square/Brewery District location. So far I've had 5 appointments, ngl I hurt like crazy the first few sessions but I'm starting to feel the benefits now. Both Dr. Cherubini and Dr. Velenosi are so kind and gentle. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for helping me get my life back. I highly recommend this type of treatment. Its less invasive and very gentle.

Geraldine Coolidge and her staff are great. They are very professional, helpful and come very highly recommended by myself. When I was loosing my hearing, I did not know who to turn to as other ear centers were not very helpful at all. I contacted Coolidge Hearing by email and immediately the next day they contacted me back by phone. I explained my situation to Geraldine and she offered a solution to my hearing problems when others would not. Great job!!!

My experience at Bower Eye Care has always been very professional and positive. The doctors are always on time with their appointments, they always keep a couple appointment times open for walk-ins (which is awesome if you need to get your eyes checked right away), and the doctor I saw was very informative and polite. I've been coming here for years and I've always left satisfied. I don't wear contacts, but my daughter has them and the staff are always patient and willing to make the extra effort in order to ensure you like the brand you're wearing. I recommend Bower Eye Care to anyone and everyone that needs to see an optometrist.

Exceptionally friendly, informative and accommodating! My son has autism as well as severe anxiety with all things dental and Dr. Cook and Cheryl took the time to calm and relax him! He actually wants to go back for his future appointments. The 2 ladies up front were just as wonderful to deal with. I cannot fully explain my appreciation and gratitude towards all the staff and Dr. Cook.
