Although over 2 months have passed since you came out to quote and your guys came out to do the work at our house, I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and to the guys. You were great with the quoting and explaining it all – and for have some laughs, too. I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Jacob (who came the first time to check things and give me an estimate) also got my water softener going and put salt in. Thank you Lodder Brothers!

Great selection of shoes for the ENTIRE family! The staff were extremely helpful and amazing with my kids. I also love the BOGO sale in August to get all the back to school shoes for the kids (indoor and outdoor shoes for them can add up but one pair at 50% off is huge with 3 kids!). I was also impressed with the ladies fashion selection with trending brands such as Michael Kors, Steve Madden, Ellen Degeneres and Fit Flop. A woman named Lee helped us and she was great!

SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

I have used Primavera for my wedding and was blown away by the quality and how many flowers we got for the price.
