We have been taking our Freightliner truck there for years and have always received good service. The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first

HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!
