Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. Made my week! Thank you for your generosity! Highly recommended.
