We stopped at this climbing gym on our way through town last night. The facility is really nice and the staff was wonderful with me, my wife and our two little girls. Being inexperienced climbers, she gave us an excellent lesson on how to use the equipment and how to be safe etc. Great facility with great people would highly recommend.

I was traveling from out of town and had my check engine light come on in my Ford F150. The truck was not accelerating well. The Kal Tire representative checked the truck and oil level, and said it appeared a sensor was needing to be replaced. One was ordered overnight, but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, so they removed the new one and replaced it with the old sensor and didn't charge me a dime! Really impressed by the staff and service they gave me! Thank You so much!

The store may be called the Wine Shoppe, but the funny thing is, they have the best selection of tea in Kamloops and really should be called the Tea and Wine Shoppe. Just like the tea shop in Courtenay BC, they have a brewed pot of tea to try, and you can smell any kind. I am very impressed with this store and I recommend it to all tea lovers or even just people interested in trying a new flavor or getting some amazing green tea. They also order in for you from the Courtenay tea shop. What great customer service.
