I am from Kingston and was able to get referred to Brockville Oral Surgery faster than waiting for an appointment in Kingston. I have had two extractions with two dentists. Both were extremely thorough in explaining the process and the work was done seamlessly. The staff and receptionist are very friendly and professional. I would recommend BOS in a heartbeat! I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

I have left both elderly dogs on medicine & youngsters with energy to burn here & am always pleased with the care that they receive. The dogs’ welfare always comes first. My dogs love to visit here & while I am away I never worry about them. They run right in as if they see it as a great vacation spot! The one rescue dog I had who was frightened of kennel noises got special attention to keep her calm & happy. I have also had my dogs groomed here & they always come out sparkling clean & beautifully trimmed.

I have never used a moving company before, I got older disabled and was not able to lift many of the heavier items. These movers were called and they came and lifted everything that I could not I was amazed at how quickly and easily everything was done! The food is outstanding! Even if you've never tried thai food, go in talk to then and let them know what you like and they will hook you up!!!! Excellent service, lovely atmosphere, and they offer pick up usaully in under 1/2 an hour. Try it, you wont regret it!

Over the years, Dr. Kim, has made my full dentures and repaired them. he has also replaced my Dads, whom had alzhimers at the time, and he was extremely compassionate with him !
Its time for a new set, and i will not think twice, of going to see him again.
