Steve's Moving & Storage is by far the best moving company i've ever used!! Thier service was amazing from the time i called to inquire to the time they billed me at the end. They were professional, polite, on time and very respectful of my family and my belongings. We used them to move and also used their storage pods. They did an excellent job and i'd refer them to anyone moving!!!!!!!

The truck itself was excellent - 5/5. Clean, fuel efficient (for a truck), ran well.
The cost was excellent - 5/5. The truck for the day, PLUS mileage from Burlington-Grimsby-Burlington, PLUS gas, PLUS taxes was under $90.
The service was OK - 3/5. On booking the truck, I did have to wait inside for a few minutes (no customers were in the store) until I asked someone outside for help (and even then they told me to go back inside because there should be someone there).

I had a 500 page family tree I wanted to get printed for my parent’s 70th wedding anniversary. I called around and the most helpful person I talked to was Steve from UPS. He gave me a quote for 50 copies and stuck to it. Steve and Fatima were very helpful in choosing the right cover and binding. He promised that he could get it done in 2 weeks and 2 days later I got a call to come and pick them up. The work was first rate and the books were a big hit at my parent’s anniversary party. Thanks

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

The representative made themselves available and offered great insight when choosing a home. When homes were not good value for your money he was honest and made points as to why purchase may not prove advantages in the long run. Just wanted to say, I love my roof. I know probably most people dont get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they had not been there when I got home from work I would never have known they were there..except for the red roof. I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently.
