He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!

I just have to state the staff and owner was amazing. I went in upset as I needed my phone and could not be without it. They fixed my phone, and there was a lot wrong with it. it was cost effective as their pricing was very fair. I recommend this company and i Will come back and refer them to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and they also are very empathetic to customers who come in upset and scared the phone would never work again. But they fixed it with no issues!!

The customer service I must say is quite exceptional. Sam’s quality of service convinced me to switch over to Chatr. It is quite obvious that Chatr trains their employees to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills as I clearly said I told him what I needed and he delivered. Great location as well!

I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! I had an fantastic experience at the club. My first impression was that is was very clean (especially the washrooms, which you don't always see in most gyms). Kenny, the head maintenance guy says hi to everyone and knows almost everyone by name (so do a lot of the staff) which is very nice. It's a great environment with great people and very welcoming.
