I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. Mai has been really helping with our family. Two daughters have lymes, rocky mountain fever and a host of symptoms and I have migraines. She uses traditional medicine and acupuncture and cupping and it has been amazing. I have not had to use my prescription meds. Highly recommend her. She is a caring practitioner.

I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done
