Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

i brought my wifes glasses in for repairs ,i told the young lady they where not purchased there but she took a look anyway, she told me to come back in 30mins. when i came back she had repaired them and i was told no charge. now wasnt that nice. thank -you Mike

What I like best is that they have never let me down or tried to oversell me on unnecessary repairs. Service is always friendly and they have great price. I would send my friends and family here for repairs. Best mechanic in Hamilton, bar none.
