My first call to this locksmith was because my house locks were getting sticky and hard to use. I was afraid I would be locked out. The lady on the phone helped me out with recommendations on how to fix the problem myself - and it worked! Saved me money I didnt have at the time. Of course I called them again when I lost my keys. September 21, 2021 We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine! Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity.
