We came up for 10 days vacation when our BMW started running very rough with no BMW service station on the Coast. I called Wayne and he said he was booked for the week but to bring it in. Dr. Smith is a very kind understanding surgeon. He did a total hip replacement on me and let me go home on the same day because I hate hospitals. The surgery went very well and I have no pain and could walk without a cane within 2 weeks. He explained everything clearly and his followup session was very professional.

We took in a pressure washer during the busy spring season. They were honest about there being a long wait as they had so many jobs ahead of us. Always a good sign I think, to see a business with so many people wanting to use them. Did a great job, machine runs like new, the cost was much more reasonable than we expected and they managed to get it done a bit quicker than we were told. Highly recommend!

Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.
