A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

We have been using Shaklee products for over 40 years and have been entirely satisfied over the years. The cleaning products are awesome as are the hair products. Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . The pic shows a finished repaired front end , sorry no before pics , was quite extensive

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing staff at the Victoria Location. I had to come in on Labour Day to get a new Battery for my Car. I don't know how to install Batteries myself and one of the men workers was so amazing and installed the battery for me. I know staff usually don't do this but He was so kind to do this on Labour Day as they were not too busy due to the holiday. He help a girl in need. Because of him I was able to take back my evening client and work for three hours.

I’ve been going to Saanich Rentals for over 25 years and the service has always been excellent. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They always go the extra mile. When parts were no longer available for my old chainsaw, they figured out how to fix it. I recently bought a new chainsaw and the service is outstanding. They always take the time with their customers and make them feel special. I always recommend them to my friends.

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

great service Blake and Chris go above the call. They have serviced both trucks
for over 7 yrs and a few days ago my truck died on the side of bay st. they towed it in and had a price by the next day to repair. fast and caring. great service thanks guys.
