I started with Dr Plotsky downtown and followed him when he came to north Edmonton. The entire family started going to Drs. Plotsky and Evans. The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina. Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
