Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
Cons: If I ever think of any, i'll let you know.

I have been dealing with BCOM for years as they have excellent service and will always recommend new products that one may have not heard of. My systems have always worked to the highest level and function well.. over 10 years of service from hard drives to all systems go and including a back hardware system that works. never had to use it but I know the files are all backed up.

Ryan was very helpful to pick out a xmas gift for sponsored family, Even went out of his way to get a game to give from himself. I had to go back and return items as found out orginal family sponsored was not from Edmonton and a new family was assigned. The staff were so friendly and easy to explain what happened we did exchange and purchased new Xmas gifts for younger children and Ryan again helped pick out some cool gifts for three kids. Great customer service at sherwood park location!

My laptop needed a new hard drive. It was installed the same day, and the technician transferred my files to the new hard drive. In addition, I bought a refurbished laptop that was on display, and once again the technician transferred my files to the Refurbished laptop. Both were ready later that day.The technicians are wonderful!! I have been a customer for a few years now, and I will continue to be a customer. I have also recommended this company to friends and colleagues.
